The National Ovarian Cancer Coalition is a charity that saves lives by providing information to prevent and cure ovarian cancer while helping improve the lives of survivors. They also help to fund the research of Ovarian Cancer. Throughout the nation, yearly, they host 5k walk/runs to raise awareness and educate about the disease. There is currently no Pap detection test so it is important to know symptoms. There are local chapters in most cities to help their community. Please visit Ovarian.org to check out your local chapter.
